From the Author’s Desk: A New Salamanderverse Story Complete and The Storm Heist Audiobook Now on Audible

It’s been a pretty exciting week in the Salamanderverse. I officially finished the first draft of a brand-new story, and it’s now heading into the editing stage. On top of that, The Storm Heist, book four of the Chronicles of Storm series, is finally available on Audible.

Between a new adventure getting closer to release and nearly 13 hours of audiobook action now ready for listeners, there’s definitely a lot to be excited about.

A Brand-New Salamanderverse Story Is Complete

Finishing a first draft always feels amazing, but this one was especially meaningful because I’ve wanted to tell this story for a long time. And as promised, it turned out a bit bigger than my usual books, which definitely explains why it took me longer to finish. Some stories just need more room to breathe.

As I kept writing, the story continued to grow in ways I didn’t expect. The Salamanderverse keeps expanding with new adventures, deeper mysteries and characters who absolutely refused to stay quiet until their stories were told. It is a much larger journey filled with danger, emotion, surprises and moments I genuinely cannot wait to share with you.

Of course, typing “The End” is really just the beginning.

Now the manuscript is safely in the hands of my professional editor, which means the editing phase officially begins. This is the stage where the story gets tightened up, polished and improved chapter by chapter. It can be a challenging process sometimes, but it’s also exciting because this is where the book starts becoming the best version of itself.

There’s something truly satisfying about watching a rough draft slowly transform into a finished novel. It’s its own kind of adventure.

The Storm Heist Audiobook Is Now Available on Audible

While the new Salamanderverse story heads into editing, I also have another exciting update to share.

The Storm Heist, book four of the Chronicles of Storm series, is officially available on Audible.

This audiobook comes in at nearly 13 hours of urban fantasy action, adventure, suspense and plenty of twists along the way. Once again, the incredibly talented narrator, Steven Barnette, did an amazing job bringing the world and characters to life. Hearing these scenes performed with so much energy and emotion adds an entirely new layer to the story.

For longtime fans of Declan and Troyan, this next chapter pushes both heroes further than ever before with higher stakes, dangerous missions and challenges that test them in ways they never expected.
